The long-term mission is to get Yapiri officially encoded in the Unicode Standard — giving Kokborok a permanent place in the global digital text infrastructure, alongside every other major writing system in the world.
This requires demonstrated community use, institutional support, and a formal proposal to the Unicode Technical Committee via the Script Encoding Initiative at UC Berkeley. Community growth is the single most important factor right now.
